On January 14, 2025, My Á Transport and Forwarding Joint Stock Company (ASL Logistics) officially launched its new digital platform, “E-Pricing.” This is an advanced technological solution designed to optimize logistics costs and promote digital transformation in Vietnam’s logistics industry. The event brought together a large number of representatives from industry associations, import-export enterprises, and international experts — marking an important milestone in Vietnam’s digital logistics journey.

The E-Pricing platform represents a breakthrough solution expected to help import-export businesses optimize transportation costs and enhance their global competitiveness. It integrates a wide range of advanced features, including:

• Comprehensive management system: From input price management and dynamic quotation to tracking and data security, the platform offers a full suite of modern tools to meet every business need.
• AI Copilot application: Automates key processes such as bill of lading issuance, cargo arrival notifications, and customs policy consulting.
• Real-time tracking: Enables enterprises to monitor shipments anytime, anywhere, with high accuracy and transparency.

The E-Pricing platform not only benefits enterprises but also contributes to the overall development of Vietnam’s logistics sector. According to Mr. Bui Ta Hoang Vu, Director of Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Industry and Trade: “This is a strategically significant initiative that helps Vietnam reduce logistics costs and improve global competitiveness. Logistics expenses previously accounted for around 20% of GDP; adopting digital platforms can help reduce this to approximately 16.8%–17% of GDP — approaching the global average of 10.6%.”

Ms. Ho Thi Thu Hoa, Director of the Vietnam Institute for Logistics Research and Development, emphasized: “In traditional logistics, technology plays a supporting role. But in modern logistics, technology transforms the entire management process.”

The launch of E-Pricing marks a major turning point in Vietnam’s logistics digitalization journey. With a long-term vision and strong investment, ASL Logistics continues to affirm its pioneering role in innovation and sustainable logistics ecosystem development. Ms. Vo Thi Phuong Lan, CEO of ASL Logistics, shared: “We believe that E-Pricing is not merely a tool, but a key that will empower Vietnamese enterprises to expand globally and elevate Vietnam’s logistics industry to new heights.”

During the event, ASL Logistics and Saigon Entrepreneur Magazine signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on strategic cooperation. The two parties will jointly promote and implement the “E-Pricing – Supply Chain Service Pricing Management Platform” within the business community. Beyond enhancing communication, business connectivity, and trade promotion, the partnership is expected to mark a significant step forward in supporting Vietnamese enterprises to optimize logistics costs, boost exports, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the national economy.
