Anual operating plan ( AOP) - training & analyzing with ASL Logistic" was held in ASL headquarter with the participating of 36 ASL Officers on October 10th,2022.

The host of ASL AOP event is Mr. David Tan Nguyen – Director of International Management Institute – Strategic Director of BrainMark Consulting Vietnam, who has more than 20 years experienced in term of Consult & Development for Vietnamese enterprise.

There is not only the idea in theory, but also the experience for years and valueable tatics through the event that create the completely perfect plan for the new beginning ( the next year - 2023).

Through the training session, it was shown that at ASL Logistics - the company's leaders always focus on training and constantly updating knowledge for all employees working at the enterprise. Thereby also indirectly helping employees get motivated at work, recognize, orient, and achieve their goals not only in work but also in life.
