Always aware of the importance of planning in business, on 03/12/2022, ASL Logistics organized orientation and evaluation for all departments, departments and all offices and branches in establishing the Action Plan for 2023 that was launched from Q3/2022.

From the general orientation and goals of the company, how to implement to balance the efficiency, the overall development of society and customer satisfaction, all have been seriously researched with a lot of enthusiasm of the management team has been shown in each metric,  presentation facts of each department and department.

The conference took place with the participation of an Advisory Board of experts in economics, training and members of the Southern National Entrepreneurship Council to provide comments on the plans of departments to achieve the best results.

The Advisory Board comments and scores the assessment directly for the plan presentations of each Department.

ASL Logistics expects new business strategies incorporating digital transformation projects in 2023 to help deliver a great experience and meet the increasing requirements of customers.
