On 16/09/2023 at ASL Logistics Headquarters, the Board of Directors of My A Freight Forwarding Joint Stock Company (ASL Logistics) continues to organize the third and final training session of the Leadership Practices seminar led by Professor Ms Lou De Castro Myles (leading expert of Aus4Skills - a 10-year cooperation program between Vietnam and Australia).

This training session aims to summarize all knowledge for the management team at ASL Logistics about leadership skills in the new era. At the same time, take time for managers to present their individual action plans outlined during the training course to apply the knowledge learned during practical work at the enterprise.

With the aim of strengthening and deepening the focus of knowledge from the first training session on leadership development, Professor Lou always advises managers at ASL to put the importance of leading themselves before leading employees, trusting and empowering employees,  Sharing together to grow and grow together.

At the end of the training session, the managers at ASL Logistics participating in the training course were granted certificates of completion to encourage morale and acknowledge the entire efforts of the trainees who actively participated during the course.
