With the goal of creating a sociable and cohesive environment among employees in the company, on June 25,2022, ASL Logistics organized a teambuilding program combining with organizational culture training for the all new employees (Probationary staff included) at Giang Dien Waterfall resort, Dong Nai province.

This is a very special journey after the 2-year battle with Covid-19 pandemic that caused the company's training programs to be disrupted and had to work online.  With all of the head of company efforts, this teambuilding is far mor successful based on the program’s spirit : “TOGETHER WE SHINE”.

The program consists of two main contents:

Morning schedule - Teambuilding activities, connecting the spirit of among employee;

Afternoon schedule – Organizational culture training with so many exicting activities.

This training session was led by lecturer Nguyen Thi Thuy - Head of Sao Mai Educational Psychological Science Association - Vice Chairman of the Southern Startup Science Council. She has transferred all the messages "ASL's Culture" wants to send to each employee working at ASL - A spirit of progress, and sharing.

The surprising presence of Mrs. Vo Thi Phuong Lan - ASL Corp’s CEO, seems to make the atmosphere much more exciting, showing that the company's Management have a very careful concern in every single training program.

In this event, some employees have just worked at ASL for a few days, indeed they have experienced the culture and ASL team, which is really different from other businesses they worked for. Promise to be a great journey on their career at ASL home.

Afterward, Championship prize is the Breakthrough team, followed by the Teams of Pink, Kite Team respectively.  The Fairplay Prize belongs to team 3D. In addition, the General Director gave the prizes for the best articles after the excellent training session. Playing hard, trying their best, all of them have together created a successful team-building program, which can't be more perfect with the spirit “TOGETHER WE SHINE ”.
