ASL LOGISTICS ORGANIZES TRAINING KNOWLEDGE SESSION ON LCL SHIPPING SERVICES TO THE US (PART 2)

07 May 2024

ASL Logistics is always committed to providing customers with top quality freight services, so training staff on retail freight shipping to the US is an indispensable part of implementing this mission.

Following the success of the first session in improving the professional expertise of ASL employees in LCL shipping services to the US, on the afternoon of May 4, 2024, ASL Logistics organized the second training session to delve deeper into the various aspects of LCL shipping. This valuable knowledge sharing course is led by Ms. Dang Thi My Trinh, Customer Service Executive, in charge of the retail goods department (Consol Supervisor) of the International Freight Forwarder Department (IFF).

At the training session, Ms. Trinh guided the knowledge about the process of shipping consol goods to the US, how to advise on services and quotes for customers, customs procedures regulations, as well as notes on each type of packaged retail goods. These are all shared values drawn from her many years of experiences in charge of retail shipping at ASL. Hopefully, the knowledge and skills provided in the training session will help each ASL employee be more confident and proficient in consulting and serving customers using retail shipping services to the US.

With the desire to constantly improve and provide the best Logistics Services, ASL will continue to organize training sessions with practical knowledge to train the expertise and skills of ASL people, providing professional services for the best benefits of our customers.

As one of the pioneers in consolidating retail goods (Consolidation) directly to the United States in Ho Chi Minh City, ASL has developed this service since its early days of establishment and has operated stably over the years with an average annual output reaching 50T (teu)/ year. With the motto "Your true Logistics partner", ASL Logistics provides retail shipping services to the United States with high quality and affordable costs.
