On May 11 - 12, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Logistics Association (HLA) coordinated with Tan Cang - STC (TC-STC) Human Resource Development Limited Company to kick off the course "ENHANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE EFFICIENCY IN LOGISTICS" with the goal of consolidating knowledge and skills to help logistic staff improve their professional capacity in handling a variety of customer service situations in the Logistics industry.

Attending according to the invitation of the program organizers, Mrs. Vo Thi Phuong Lan - Chairwoman of the Board and General Director of ASL Logistics - with more than 30 years of experience in the Logistics industry and international multimodal transportation, Mrs. Lan hopes to convey the professional knowledge that a Logistics Customer Service specialist needs to possess when serving customers. At the same time, it helps the young generation in Logistics businesses to feel confident with abundant knowledge and skills when dealing with many different types of customers.

During the class, she also conveyed many case studies that are real-life situations for students to discuss and approach, thereby drawing many valuable lessons.
