FINDING MYSELF

First of all, I would like to thank the Board of Directors for organizing a truly meaningful Team building event. This was my first time participating in a Team Building with the company. Through this event, I realized that every game activity in the morning was very fun and lively, each game carried a team spirit, with high solidarity among members in the group. Each game conveyed a specific message about coordination and each member was a factor contributing to the overall success.

The afternoon training session helped me and other new employees to better understand ASL's company culture, vision, mission, and goals. I was able to find my own position within the company to determine further development goals and contribute to the company's overall success.

I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPRESS MY THOUGHTS

I would like to thank the CEO and the company organizers for creating opportunities for me to participate, get to know other members, and connect everyone in the company together. Everyone was friendly and close, always happy to support each other in fun activities and overcome challenges in games together. This was also a great opportunity to hear from CEO Lan and colleagues about the company culture and the experiences of those who came before me, helping me to better understand the CEO and ASL's culture.

I have the opportunity to express my thoughts. I would like to thank the company, the shipping department, Ms. Diem, Mr. Thanh for giving me the opportunity to work, to get to know everyone and to learn a lot. Thank you to the CEO and Ms. Thuy for giving everyone the opportunity to speak up and get to know each other.

PROVIDING ME WITH MANY SKILLS

I would like to thank CEO Vo Thi Phuong Lan, Ms. Thuy, the trainers, and the organizing committee of the ASL Company's Corporate Culture Building Skills training program. Today, they have created a healthy playground for me. I understand more about the company's culture, as well as getting to know my colleagues in the company.

Today, participating in Team Building games helped me gain more skills and learn to care for each other. When participating in the tower-building game, it trained me to be quick and observant. Also, applying these skills in work will help us know how to approach customers. The birdhouse-building game will help us see long-term goals that need to be achieved, as if the birdhouse is small, it can only hold a few eggs. If we have small goals or no goals, we cannot achieve the desired results.

Next is the game of shooting darts, which helps us develop coordination skills with each other. When there is a sense of cohesion between colleagues at work, gentle coordination will help to achieve good results.

If each person works alone and there is no coordination among colleagues, it will be difficult to achieve the highest results. "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." This saying reminded me of the final game of building a bridge out of straws. If each person helps and contributes together, there will be the best results.

Through today's team building session, I have gained many skills that I did not have before. I will apply the skills that I have learned on this trip to my work to achieve the expected results and bring revenue to the company.
