Through the participation with all of the colleagues in the ASL Logistics family, I have gained a lot of experience from the various games, connecting and creating value for the team. I have also gained a better understanding of the profession and the culture of ASL Logistics. HAPPILY WORKING WITH COLLEAGUES

Today is a very joyful and memorable day for me at ASL Company. I had a lot of fun, played to my heart's content, and got to know many colleagues from different departments. Regarding my thoughts on this afternoon's lesson, I have learned many lessons for myself about hard work, effort, and the love, care, and support of my colleagues for new employees like me. I would like to sincerely thank Manager Lan for giving me the opportunity to participate in today's Team Building program. MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE IN THE FIRST WORKING DAYS

Today's Team Building session is an opportunity for me and colleagues from different departments of ASL to meet and exchange experiences. I had the chance to experience many interesting activities and get to know colleagues who I only knew through working online before. I also learned more about the company culture and leadership. This is a memorable experience in my first days working at ASL. Thank you to the organizers for organizing this program to connect people, exchange experiences, and understand more about the company culture.

CREATING MORE CONFIDENCE IN THE COMPANY

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the organizers and the Board of Directors for organizing a Team building event for all new employees in both the Binh Duong office and the Ho Chi Minh City headquarters. It was a great opportunity for us to meet and learn from each other. Secondly, participating in the Team building event provided me with many opportunities to meet with colleagues from all departments, play games, and have a chance to understand each other better. I also learned a lot from the experience. Thirdly, I was able to participate in a workshop led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, which gave me a better understanding of the company culture, work style, and the process of forming the company by Ms. Vo Thi Phuong Lan, the CEO of the company. I also learned a lot about ASL's achievements. These experiences have created more confidence in the company for me and I hope to have a long-term bond with the company. Finally, I would like to sincerely thank everyone involved for this great opportunity.

I LOVE ASL, WE ARE FAMILY

After spending a weekend with the company for Training and a trip, I am very grateful and would like to thank the company's leadership and the organizers for dedicating a day off and budget to organize this meaningful trip. Paying attention to new employees, from arranging members for teams from different departments to encourage interaction, to the meaningful lessons conveyed through each game, made me appreciate the valuable lessons in work and life. Moreover, the Training was not rigid but interactive with games and exchanges, making time fly by quickly. I have learned a lot from these experiences and am even happier to be a member of the friendly, united, loving, innovative, and aspiring ASL family.

EXPRESSING DEEP GRATITUDE TO THE COMPANY'S LEADERSHIP

First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the company leadership and the ASL company union for providing us with the opportunity to participate in the Team Building event combined with the Culture-building Skills Training at Giang Dien Waterfall on June 25, 2022. Through the 4 rounds of games, we were able to gain valuable experience and lessons from each round, such as team spirit, working with plans and objectives, and adaptability, which are all extremely important skills that we will apply in our work at the company. The achievement that we obtained from the Team Building event is the "Breakthrough Team" - the yellow team, which won the 2nd prize in the competition, surprising our opponents. Furthermore, I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, the company's training specialist and the Deputy Chairperson of the Permanent Advisory Council for Entrepreneurship Support in the South, for conducting a training session on Culture-building Skills for us this afternoon. I will try my best to apply the knowledge I have gained to contribute to the Human Resources department and the ASL Transportation and Logistics Joint Stock Company.
