Today's class has helped me gain a lot of experience for drivers when picking up containers at the port and when meeting customers during cargo delivery.
- When picking up containers, we must communicate well with the forklift driver and the supervisor.
- When delivering goods to customers, we must be polite and courteous.
- As a representative of ASL company, we must show the best culture. From today's class, I will apply this in my work.
- I am very proud to be an ASL driver because I work here and learn many good things, learn how to communicate well and receive dedicated guidance from the instructors.

Today, on July 31st, 2022, ASL Company organized a training session on customer service skills for its drivers. I am very happy and proud that the company has provided opportunities for me and my colleagues to learn and improve our knowledge and experience, and to apply it in reallife situations.
Through the training session, I personally gained many valuable experiences such as valuing and loving my profession, knowing how to communicate effectively with customers when delivering containers to factories. I always listen and understand the needs of the factories to perform the best. I also ensure good health to drive safely and deliver goods on time.

Today is a beautiful day with good weather, and we had a meeting at ASL Company. It took us quite a while to fully concentrate like today, on Sunday (31/07/2022).
Although the meeting was a bit long, we persisted through it despite feeling a bit tired, and we managed to continue from almost noon until late afternoon.
