To bring knowledge of e-commerce business to small and medium enterprises in Vietnam, Amerasian Shipping Logistics (ASL CORP) Cooperates with Young Entrepreneurs Association of Ho Chi Minh City Minh (YBA HCM) held an experience sharing session with experts from Alibaba.com group with the topic "Expanding the global market in the digital age" on the morning of August 15^th, 2019, at the Alibaba Vietnam office in the SaiGon Center building with the participation of business representatives who are members of the Association (YBA HCM).

 The main participants in the workshop were two representatives of Alibaba.com E-commerce Group, Ms. Selina Xie - National Communications Director of Alibaba.com Vietnam and Ms. Irene - CEO of Alibaba.com in Vietnam. As for ASL Corp., Mr. Ha The Trung - Sales & Marketing Director of ASL Corp. also shared and answered questions related to the business on the global e-commerce platform Alibaba.com.

The e-commerce business model in recent decades has brought huge profits to businesses in Vietnam and around the world. In European countries such as the United States and Canada, the fields of food and agriculture have grown tremendously to the top of the development industries based on Alibaba.com. Especially, among the top 10 countries that are trading partners with Alibaba.com, there are 5 Asian countries with large markets such as China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Thailand.

Vietnam is increasingly reaching out to the world and becoming a very potential market and a reliable partner for foreign businesses to choose. After many years of cooperation, Alibaba.com always understands and believes that Vietnam will be a place to help prosper the e-commerce platform along with seeking profits through new online business opportunities.

At the end of the workshop, Alibaba.com and ASL CORP. hope to continue to accompany businesses in Vietnam through more intensive training sessions on e-commerce and logistics knowledge in the future.
