Oct,28 - On the morning Mrs. Vo Thi Phuong Lan - General Director of ASL Logistics - Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City Logistics Association (HLA) gave her speech at the International Scientific Conference about : "DIGITAL INNOVATION - SUPPLY CHAIN 2022". This event was jointly organized by Nguyen Tat Thanh University and Malaysia University of Science & Technology (MUST).

The event was known as an opportunity to exchange and promote cooperation in the field of training qualified young human resources coming from supply-chain and logistics in particular.

Represent Vietnamese Logistics Enterprise, Mrs. Vo Thi Phuon Lan had a sharing about the Logistics situation in the country. "The main challenge is the low level interaction between the air-way & sea-way in the supply chains, that led to reduce capacity to transport goods. In the meantime, the problem of human resources is still very limited due to the demand as well as the development speed of the logistics industry in the coming time." - According to Mrs.Vo Thi Phuong Lan.

Along with the above issues, Athere are still many opportunities for the logistics industry, especially the support from the Government's logistics development policy, which is creating very favorable opportunities for domestic and foreign logistics companies to have the opportunity to develop. The investment in the quality of human resources is increasingly focused, when dozens of universities in Vietnam open training classes in the logistics industry, continuing to provide thousands of human resources for the logistics industry in the future.
