On the afternoon of 08/10/2022, at the hall of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, there was a symposium event the conference "start-up journey" and awarding Nguyen Huu Tho scholarships for students in the school year 2022 - 2023.

Sharing at the conference about her own experience and startup journey, Mrs. Vo Thi Phuong Lan - CEO of ASL Logistics sent students the necessary baggage to prepare for the future career path, especially job opportunities in the logistics industry today. In addition to the knowledge taught on campus, students should invest more time to practice soft skills such as communication skills, participate in community activities and especially improve English skills to be able to integrate into the international working environment in the future,  These are considered competitive advantages for their future career opportunities.

With the enthusiastic sharing from Mrs. Vo Thi Phuong Lan, the students have been prepared for their careers and jobs after graduation. This is always the focus and orientation of the company is always interested in training the young generation, and building the next generation of talents for the development of the company. Citing the above orientation, from the beginning of 2022 up to now, ASL has recruited over 40 new graduates to practice and work at the enterprise. Affirming the actions and commitment of ASL Logistics in developing the company's young employees.

At the end of the sharing session, "Entrepreneurship Journey" is a program to award scholarships to disadvantaged students who are constantly rising in learning and have achieved excellent academic achievements.
