ASL LOGISTICS AND RYOBI HOLDINGS

ORGANIZATION EXCHANGE OF HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT

In the framework of strategic cooperation between Ryobi Holding -Japan (Ryobi) and Amerasian Shipping Logistics Corporation (ASL) on the exchange, training and development of human resources. From Nov /2019 to Feb /2020, Ryobi sent 5 teams from Japan to visit and work at the ASL headquarters at Ho Chi Minh City. During exchanges and working, Ryobi Teams were warmly welcomed and attentive by the board of directors, and all ASL's staff.

        On the landlord's side, ASL shared the company's process of formation and development, the ASL services are providing customers, the typical achievements that ASL has achieved in the more than 15 years of development in Logistics field in Vietnam. The competitive advantage of logistic services featured ASL provides customers such as: cold chain logistics, cross-border transport, domestic transport services and international transport services, customs declaration ... The questions about the information, workflow, application information technology in managing supply chain logistics at ASL have been answered clearly help Ryobi Team deep understanding and insight into how overall operation of the logistics industry in Vietnam.

     Also during this time, ASL sent teams of staff officer to visit  Ryobi Distribution at Sai Gon HiTech Park in District 9, Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Tanaka - Managing Director of Ryobi Vietnam Ltd,. shared how cold supply chain operators – Cold storage chain, counseling services supplied cold storage, closing all kinds of agricultural products frozen seafood, delivery method and delivery of frozen. The cooperation between ASL & Ryobi aims to provide high quality  cold chain storge service in Vietnam. Accordingly, Ryobi will focus on expanding cold storage chain to ASEAN countries. ASL will be the main carrier responsible for delivery the cargo into the cold storage system of Ryobi, focus on expanding market, providing cold chain service in Vietnam and other countries in ASEAN, Create a seamless and efficient chain of logistics services for customers.

     The exchanges and working  had been organized with openness and friendly atmosphere, with the motto together learn together innovative, demonstrated a spirit of cooperation and mutual support between ASL and Ryobi for development in future, bringing ASL and Ryobi together to raise high level in the right vision, the collaborative strategy that ASL and Ryobi has proposed.

     Representing Ryobi, Mr Masafumi Inoue (Global Business of Ryobi Holding) profoundly thanked board of directors and all ASL's staff for supporting and enthusiastic welcomed for all Ryobi Team. He strong believed that Ryobi Holding has strong partner in Vietnam not only Ryobi Vietnam but also ASL and in future they will work with ASL as the strongest bridge between Vietnam and Japan.
