After a year of applying digital transformation software, the operation of ASL Logistics' human resource management system has made many positive changes. Through the application of software in human resource management, managers can review all personnel records from the beginning of work including personal records, promotion routes, training routes, salary / allowance changes, transfers / appointments / dismissals, leave,  reward, discipline,... during the process of working at the company from the beginning of recruitment to retirement and resignation. From there, it will consider offering appropriate and fair reward and remuneration policies for employees.

In general, the application of human resource digital transformation helps to support and shorten the time to manipulate daily administrative tasks, better manage & control human resources, connect to human resource data anytime, anywhere, and ensure accuracy in extracting data information about any personnel working at the company,  help enhance security,....Moreover, the application of digital transformation in human resource management, helping to eliminate old habits and thinking, develop a specialized management system, create a dynamic and transparent working environment, help increase overall work efficiency and support business efficiency.

In addition to the initial performance, there are still some issues that need to be improved during the testing of new software. In the coming time, the company's Digital Transformation Project Board will continue to work with software providers, propose improvements to serve the practical needs of businesses and especially enhance training and immediately disseminate knowledge to employees when there are changes on the software.
