ASL LOGISTICS ORGANIZES AN INTEGRATION TRAINING PROGRAM AND AWARENESS ABOUT ISO 9001-2015 STANDARDS FOR NEW EMPLOYEES

The integration program and awareness course on ISO 9001-2015 have been one of the important parts of the human resource training and development program at ASL Logistics for many years. The training course not only helps new members understand the company culture and quickly integrate into the corporate environment, but also arouses their passion and desire to stick with the company.

On April 6, 2024, ASL Logistics conducted an integration training program and awareness course on ISO 9001-2015 standards to help new members become familiar with and master the operating process with two important parts carried out by Human Resources Director, Mr. Vo Truong Du and Head of Documentation Department - International Shipping Department, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hang.

With dedicated sharing about the development process and achievements ASL Logistics has attained over nearly 20 years from the Human Resources Director himself, it has helped employees realize the important role of each individual in contributing to the success of the company and confidently, bring the image of ASL Logistics closer to partners and customers.

At the same time, this training session is also a great opportunity for the Board of Directors and senior management to show their interests and listen to sharing from new employees on their first days working at the company.

Following the training session, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hang - Head of the Documentation Department shared about the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system including 4 main goals that ASL is committed to achieving, including:

  • Provide customs agency services, forwarding, domestic and international freight transportation according to Fiata standards, Vietnam maritime law, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Provide services following the contract signed with customers.
  • Commit to maintaining as top 30 customers in 2023.
  • Commit to participating in training on basic knowledge of Customs Operations, FAST, 5S-Kaizen, and ISO.

Through that, Ms. Hang, in her role as ISO Manager, represents the company's Board of Directors in maintaining and operating the ISO system according to international standard 9001, hoping that each new employee will quickly absorb ISO 9001:2015 standards to unify working processes and information, limiting errors that arise during work performance. This helps optimize time and increase the productivity of each individual in particular and the ASL team in general, thereby consolidating and enhancing its image and reputation with customers and partners.
