Experienced a difficult year when the global pandemic Covid-19 was complicated, but with the talented leadership of the Board of Management, Board of Directors, and the consensus of all employees, ASL Logistics has promoted the spirit of solidarity and democracy to carry out and exceed the business plans of the Company, since then the company has grown tremendously and achieved many titles and certificates of merit.

Recognizing the efforts of all employees, on April 15-17, 2022 The Board of Directors of ASL Logistics decided to organize a Team building in Da Lat. In parallel, it is organizing The Labour Conference in 2021 to create a cozy space to review a year that is not only full of difficulties but also full of solidarity from all employees of ASL Logistics.

With the achieved results, the Chairman of the Union of ASL Logistics – Mr. Ha The Trung expressed that ASL Logistics will continue to perform well in taking care of, ensuring the regime, and paying more attention to the aspirations of the employees. Besides, through extra-curricular activities, combining fostering, training, and building quality human resources to complete short and long-term tasks. And most especially, in the new context, taking digital transformation as a breakthrough, employees are the center, promoting periodical dialogue to promptly solve problems among employees, creating long-term and loyal companionship from employees.
