On August 17, 2023, ASL Logistics conducted a periodical training course for new employees with the content “ISO – 5S – KAIZEN”. In order to help employees understand the operating process and operation of the business in general, as well as the role of each individual in the ASL Logistics team in particular.

The training session was conducted by Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Head of Finance - Accounting Department and Head of ISO Department. During the training session, she wants the new employee to well absorb ISO 9001:2015, minimizing errors arising in the process of performing work. As well as understanding and well implementing “Seiri – Seiton – Seiso – Seiketsu – Shitsuke” in 5S – Kaizen helps to optimize time, energy, and equipment so that the facility can operate as efficiently as possible. Thereby helping businesses strengthen and enhance their image and reputation with customers and partners
