To improve the spirit of solidarity and working connection among employees in the company, on April 15, 2022, ASL Logistics organized an exciting three-day teambuilding tour for all its employees in Da Lat flower city. Collective activities and exciting games were played, making all the members extremely excited and burned out.

With the thorough preparation of the Organizing Committee and the spirit of " Work your best, play hard, do not mind difficulties" of the teams in the Company, the team building program has been successful beyond expectations.

Having fun, laughing, and talking in Da Lat is as poetic as making the whole employee of the company closer together. On each face of the participants, everyone yearned to win but always showed the spirit of solidarity, and love for each other because "ASL - we are a big family", whoever wins deserves it.

After a 300km journey from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat City, employees have a night of rest, free to have fun and visit the city. On the morning of April 16, in the Golden Valley tourist area (Da Lat City), with the bustling atmosphere of all employees and the cheers echoing everywhere, 4 teams played: Team Forever Peak, Team Dalat Tiger, Team Wild Horse, Team Redbull had a very active day. The competition, the winning effort of the teams participating in the game, and the cheering audience are very "sung", true to ASL Logistics staff's spirit of "working hard – playing hard".

The games were designed by the Organizers to increase the ability to coordinate, and support each other to improve teamwork but still ensure the spirit of "Fun is the key"  for all participants. Through the games, it is easy to see that the "warriors" of ASL Logistics are very blood and enthusiastic in everything, despite many difficulties and challenges, they still try to overcome and succeed. The proof is that the challenges of the teambuilding program have been conquered and completed very well.

At the end of the morning with exciting games, the organizers took the group to visit the famous tourist areas of Da lat such as Thien Vien Truc Lam and Clay Tunnel in the afternoon. After visiting, the staff returned to the hotel to take a bath to rest, prepare splendid costumes to prepare for the gala night, sum up, the year, and award the prize to the teams.

During the gala dinner, after the solemn atmosphere from the speech of the General Director - Ms. Vo Thi Phuong Lan, President of the Trade Union - Mr. Ha The Trung summed up the successes achieved in the past year and set out a new direction for 2022, the arts and games are both physical and intellectual, contributing to the "heat" of the Gala dinner.

At the end of the Gala Night, the awarding performance from the organizers, the team with the highest score and also the winner was Team Redbull, followed by the second-place team with a close score The Dalat Tiger team, the third-place team was the Team Forever Peak and the consolation prize was the Wild Horse team. A surprise given to the teams by the organizers is that the prize has doubled after the bloody performances, devoted to creating a successful teambuilding season.

This year's winner went to Team Redbull, with blood and superiority in the competition sections, congratulations to Team Redbull.

Conclusion: there are no difficulties when all employees agree and unite to achieve the goal they want. Joy is not the rewards they receive, the breakup in the victory here is the enduring cohesion of an "ASL family" who are always together, overcoming difficulties together to achieve future success, True to the theme of Teambuilding this time is "CONCENTRIC INNOVATION - REACHING THE HEIGHTS".
