With the purpose of helping students approach the real working environment of enterprises and accumulate useful knowledge, promote students' initiative, creativity, professional skills and attitudes.

On May 30th, 2023, ASL Logistics cooperated with Hong Bang International University to organize for students majoring in Logistics to visit and interact with managers at the headquarters of ASL Logistics.

Throughout the company tour, students have the opportunity to visit a leading logistics enterprises with many years of experience.

Beside that, these students had the opportunity to listen and share about:

• Business model and services that ASL Logistics is providing to customers. Especially, the integrated service package of Customs Agents and 4PL Supply Chain Management Services is one of the new services that ASL Logistics has pioneered to deploy on the digital technology platform built by ASL Logistics.
• Job positions and organizational chart of departments at the company.
• Career opportunities, work experience, recruitment criteria that ASL Logistics in particular and Logistics businesses need in a candidate.
• The sharing during the working process of managers representing each department in the business.

In addition, students can also visit the working area to understand more about corporate culture and professional working evironment. Therefore, helping students feel a part of the culture at ASL Logistics and understand the company's personnel selection criteria to assess their own abilities and actively improve their capacity. At the same time, ASL Logistics also promises to be a place to send practical experiences in the logistics industry and support students when they need to find an internship course.

At the end of the company tour, these students of Hong Bang International University have gained a lot of useful practical knowledge to support them in their future carreer.
