Fully aware of the responsibility of enterprises towards the logistics industry, the community and society, ASL Logistics always creates conditions and focuses on maximum support for students at universities to have the opportunity to access the real working environment at enterprises, creating opportunities for students to be proactive and stimulate their passion for their career.

On the morning of August 10, 2024, ASL Logistics cooperated with the University of Finance and Marketing to organize for students of the Faculty of Commerce to visit and interact with the Board of Directors and typical managers at the headquarters of ASL Logistics company.

Through this hands-on experience program, students have the opportunity to visit a leading enterprise with 20 years of experience in the field of Logistics.

During the program, students of the Faculty of Commerce of the University of Finance and Marketing had the chance to listen to the sharing of the main contents including:

• The business model and types of services that ASL Logistics is providing to customers. In particular, the integrated service package of Customs Broker and 4PL Supply Chain Management Services is one of the core services that ASL has pioneered in deploying on a digital technology platform built and developed by the company itself.

• At the same time, the modern online service price management platform ASL E-pricing can help customers quickly search for global logistics costs 24/7 in the simplest and most effective way. This is also one of the technology platforms that ASL Logistics has invested in researching, building, developing and launching in 2024.

• Job positions and organizational charts of functional departments at the company.

• Career opportunities, work experience, recruitment criteria that ASL Logistics in particular and Logistics businesses need in a candidate.

• Sharing during the working process of managers representing each department in the enterprise.

In addition, students also visit and interact directly at the offices of ASL Logistics headquarters to better comprehend the culture and professional working space. From there, students can feel some of the cultural values ​​at ASL Logistics and at the same time understand the criteria for selecting personnel of logistics enterprises in general and at ASL Logistics in particular so that students can start orienting their own development.
