ASL ORGANIZES RE-TRAINING PROGRAM ON COMPANY INTEGRATION AND AWARENESS ABOUT ISO 9001-2015 STANDARDS

The integration and awareness training program on international standards ISO 9001-2015 is one of the human resource development strategies at ASL Logistics since the early days of its establishment with the goal of helping new members of the family quickly get acquainted and integrate into the corporate environment, thereby arousing their passion for work and desire to stay with the company for a long time.

On July 20, 2024, ASL Logistics conducted an integration and awareness training session on ISO 9001-2015 standards for new employees working at ASL's headquarters, branches, and representative offices with two key contents carried out by Human Resources Director Vo Truong Du and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hang - Head of International Shipping Services and ISO Manager at ASL.

Mr. Vo Truong Du shared about the process of formation, development, and continuous expansion of ASL Logistics over the past nearly 20 years with the guidance of the captain - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of ASL Logistics. - Mrs. Vo Thi Phuong Lan and the staff. Thereby, the company's Board of Directors hopes that each new employee will understand his/her role and importance in contributing to the success of ASL Logistics, thereby being confident and proud when providing logistics solutions and bringing the ASL image to domestic and foreign customers and partners.

Furthermore, the training session is also an opportunity for new employees to share their feelings after two weeks of starting working at the company. From there, managers can come up with appropriate solutions and policies to take care of their spiritual life, develop their professional foundation and solve problems for new staff.

The next part of the training session was led by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hang - ISO Manager at ASL, who introduced an overview of the working process according to ISO 9001-2015 standards. In order to implement and maintain a quality policy in accordance with international standards, ASL Logistics has outlined the following specific quality policies:

  • Transporting and delivering goods to customers on time as prescribed.

  • Training and retraining all employees in professional skills to ensure that they achieve information technology application skills to improve service quality.
  • Apply, maintain and always improve the ISO 9001 quality management system.

Training awareness of the international standard ISO 9001-2015 for new staff and conducting periodic retraining shows that ASL Logistics always maintains and improves the company's quality management system, creating self-awareness of all members as the foundation to improve the overall service quality and meet all diverse needs, bringing better service experiences to customers and partners.

Through this, Mrs. Hang hopes that each new employee will quickly absorb and practice the working process according to the international standard ISO 9001-2015 to clearly understand and limit errors arising during the operation, helping to optimize time and increase productivity effectively. At the same time, consolidate and maintain the image of a prestigious, professional ASL, worthy of being "Your true logistics partners".
