Putting aside the hustle and bustle of daily life, all the staff and employees of the ASL family had a meaningful Team building - Gala dinner trip in Phan Thiet coastal city for two days, August 3 - 4, 2024. The trip was not simply a regular short vacation but also one of the activities in a series of events that wrote the 20-year journey of continuous development of ASL Logistics.

With the careful and dedicated preparation of the Organizing Committee and the Company's Leadership towards a successful and meaningful 20th Anniversary, the Teambuilding activities have connected many members from different departments and branches, with the spirit of Teamwork being pushed to the highest level.

After completing the full-capacity Teambuilding activities held outdoors in the morning, in the afternoon of August 3, 2024, at the Conference Room of Novela Mui Ne Resort and Spa, an attractive and meaningful presentation competition about the departments took place. Seven departments of ASL Logistics Company including International Freight Forwarders, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Domestic Transportation, Human Resources, R&D, Logistics and representatives from representative offices and branches nationwide including ASL Binh Duong, ASL Dong Nai and ASL Hai Phong gathered here to compete and have the opportunity to introduce each department in detail.

At the presentation, the teams introduced the history of formation, core services, functions and tasks of each department, representative office, branch as well as achievements and important milestones recorded in the 20-year journey of steady success of ASL Logistics. With careful preparation and enthusiasm of the departments, the presentation helped each ASL member to understand the core values ​​and cultural foundation, thereby creating a strong connection and arousing passion and desire to be attached to the company.

Afterward, the Gala Dinner began with a carefully prepared performance, with the song "ASL Vang Vong Loi Ca" and the singing contributions of members from the Team building teams. Besides the laughter-filled activities, the Gala Dinner had some quiet moments with a very touching and sincere speech by the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors - General Director of ASL Logistics - Mrs. Vo Thi Phuong Lan when looking back on a long journey full of memories and ups and downs that the Board of Directors and the staff of many generations have experienced together. At the same time, she expressed gratitude to the veteran ASL officers and employees who have always accompanied and been with the company since its inception, helping her overcome many historical milestones to reach the proud 20-year journey. ASL is not only a workplace but also a home for many employees who have been with the company for nearly 2 decades, continuing to welcome and build the next generation to join hands and hearts to inherit and promote the culture and identity of the company. That is also the goal ASL always aims for.

A small, cozy birthday party was also unexpectedly held for employees whose birthdays were in August, along with thoughtfully prepared gifts, showing the concern and care for employees' lives from the ASL Logistics Company Union Executive Committee.

The Gala Dinner also brought about a lot of laughter with the Fashion Design Competition between the teams. With only simple recycled materials, the Organizing Committee promoted the unlimited creativity between the teams to create unique and fashionable clothes.

The Gala Dinner ended with the award ceremony from the Organizing Committee for 6 teams with different categories launched throughout the trip. The team with the highest score throughout the 3 stages from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet City and the overall victory belonged to Team No.2 with a total score of 198. With dedicated and careful preparation of content and good coordination between members, the Sales and Marketing Department excelled in becoming the department with the best and most impressive presentation, when it demonstrated the cultural identity and the overview of the development process of its department.

Team 2 won the overall victory in all 3 stages from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet with a total score of 198.

The 2024 Team Building trip ended successfully and left many valuable memories for each employee at ASL Logistics.
