INTERNAL TRAINING ON "DANGEROUS GOODS CAT 1,3,6 ACCORDING TO THE IATA TRAINING PROGRAM"

On Nov 05, 2022 at ASL Logistics headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, there was an   internal training session on "CAT 1,3,6 DANGEROUS GOODS UNDER IATA'S TRAINING PROGRAM" shared by the IATA-only employees.

The training session was shared  by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy  - International Transport Service Officer (IFF) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang -  Head of IFF Department, two officers who were sent to study dangerous goods handling skills organized by VILAS   recently. With the goal of  training is to help employees grasp the main  steps toreceive and transport a dangerous shipment by air including:

  1. Get a good grasp of the process of preparing for a dangerous shipment
  2. Know how to look up information on theDGR
  3. Read and understand DGR information
  4. Get the necessary information, prepare a checklist handling
  5. Receiving and executing shipments.

This training process,  employees working at ASL Logistics have grasped  the key points, new points included in the updated DGR document in 2022 and know how to handle  a dangerous shipment well.  Thereby,  further enhancing  the  value of services that ASL is currently also providing,  ensuring convenient and safe delivery for customers, especially for  dangerous goods by both sea and air.
