As part of a series of activities towards the 20th Anniversary of the company's establishment, on August 3-4, 2024, ASL Logistics organized a Team Building tour with many interesting and meaningful activities for the whole company in the coastal city of Phan Thiet. This Team Building program aims to review the milestones of formation and development, create a cohesive atmosphere, spread strength and team spirit among all employees of the Company, help all members to be extremely excited, burn out after days of hard work and have more motivation to strive every day.

Under the attention and direction of the Board of Directors, the thoughtfulness of the Program's Organizing Committee and the wholehearted participation of all employees of the company, the Team Building program with the theme "Unite innovation - Reaching new heights" was successfully held beyond expectations.

At the program, collective activities were held to connect and support each other to complete the goals, and the teamwork spirit throughout the journey. The Organizing Committee was very meticulous in arranging members on each vehicle with the participation of all departments/branches to connect and participate in the activities fully.

On the nearly 200km journey to Phan Thiet, there was always the bustling singing of the "ASLers" with the song "ASL Vang Vong Loi Ca" full of pride interspersed with the activity of answering questions about the company's culture, helping all ASL members update their knowledge about the company and the culture that ASL Logistics has built in its 20-year journey of brilliance.

Under the bright summer sun on the golden sand and blue sea, the Organizing Committee has inspired the spirit of "work hard, play hard" of ASL members with beach games in the Team Building program, from supporting teammates to overcome challenges to making efforts to bring the team to victory as quickly as possible.

Good coordination: is the first challenge with the meaning of creating good coordination and rhythm between each member of a team, together quickly achieving the common goal of the whole team in the most effective way.

Chariot competition: Teams will know how to allocate their team's resources, combined with perseverance, strong will and individual strength, thereby creating the strength of the whole team to together create a meaningful victory from the unity of all team members.

Solidarity: The game creates alliances between teams, arousing the will to unite closely and coordinate smoothly between departments in the company to complete work and bring customers the best products and services.

At the end of the Team Building competition activities, meaningful stories were interwoven and sent to all employees so that each member had the opportunity to get closer and understand more about the power of solidarity.

With the traditional logo image of "ASL Logistics" and the communication logo on the occasion of the anniversary of "ASL 20 years of moving forward" created by all employees, the members joined hands to connect and create a Team Building 2024 program with many memories and meanings marking the maturity and success of the entire 20-year journey of ASL Logistics.
