Oct,22 - On the afternoon, the "TO BE INSPIRATIONAL LEADER " training session was ran at ASL Logistics headquarter - with with the participation of leaders, managers, and many new employees in the company.

Leading this training session was the presence of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy – Permanent Vice Chairman of the Nam Start-up Support Advisory Council Head of the Training Department of ASL Logistics and 6 managers currently working at ASL Logistics including Mr. Hong Hai –  Deputy Head of  Customs Agent Department; Mr. Cao Ngoc Thanh - Head of Forwarding Department; Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hoang Hoa - Head of International Business Department; Ms. Dao Thi Ngoc Tuyen - Deputy Head of Accounting Department; Ms. Kieu Diem Thi – Deputy Head of Sales and Marketing Department; Mr. Ha Thanh Tam - Head of Inland Transport Department.  These are the managers who were assigned by the company to participate in the training course on Inspirational Trainers in the past time organized by the Southern Startup Support Advisory Council the previous week.

With the motto "learning goes hand in hand", this report topic was proposed by Ms. Vo Thi Phuong Lan - General Director of ASL Logistics with very practical topics including:

• Improving customer service Logistics Sales process logistics services
• Training on Customs Agent Services and Customer Service including those that ASL provides to logistics-related clients
• About the Company and its current products and services
• Customer Service
• ISO Process Training at ASL
• Training on Moderation Process, Customer Care Processes

A truly disruptive organization is when its employees don't stop at feeling connected to the company, but when they're truly inspired. Inspired employees are often highly productive people, and they can continue to inspire those around them to work together. This is also what the employees present at the training session felt after hearing the managers' sharing.

Through this training session, the Board of Directors of the company wishes to help each employee be a leader who inspires themselves and is an inspiration to work for colleagues around them, helping employees gain more knowledge and experience on the way to develop each person's career in the future. The success of this training session promises to create a new working atmosphere, where sharing and helping each other at work will be spread at ASL Logistics.
